The Requirements Survey Document is a new implementation tool which will guide you through general questions for each business area that have to be surveyed with the customer when starting a Beas Manufacturing implementation.
You can use the Requirements Survey Document to support the implementation in different ways:
During the Business Blueprint phase to register the required setup, configuration, and process details needed to implement beas Manufacturing
Use the document as a base for structuring the end-user trainings and for creating the checklist for functional testing
During the Realization phase, it can be used as a checklist to make sure all the required setup and configurations have been performed
Provide a copy of the completed document to the customer, as project documentation
Once you completed filling in the document, it will automatically display all the settings that are required on Beas Manufacturing Configuration Wizard to meet the customer’s requirements, and all this with just a single click.
But that’s not all: you will also be able to import the configuration file into beas Manufacturing, so all the configurations will be done for you instead of you having to do that manually. This tool alone can save you a few days of work not to mention it reduced you chances of configuration errors.
