We’re looking for Technical Support Specialist, who will be working directly with our global reseller partner community and end users, ensuring they get the most out of our software. You’ll support our key products, including Perfion PIM solution and Netronic Manufacturing, helping customers maximize their value and experience.
As Support Agent, you will be:
- Collaborating closely with development, implementation consultants, product enablers, sales, product management, IT, and quality teams to ensure smooth operation and optimal usage of our software systems.
- Analyzing and resolving functional issues that arise post-implementation by identifying problems, conducting research, and providing advice and assistance.
- Managing client relations by leveraging your business and systems expertise.
- Ensure that customer inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently within the specified SLA times.
What You Bring:
You might be the right match if you recognize yourself in the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant IT qualifications.
- 1+ years working experience in IT-related fields.
- Strong English skills, both spoken and written
- Proficient in MS-SQL.
- Knowledge of PIM systems
- Familiarity with Reporting Tools (e.g. DevExpress reports).
- Basic knowledge of Networks, Windows OS, and Virtual Machines.
- Basic knowledge about Azure and SaaS Cloud Technology.
- Understanding of ERP solutions, preferably Microsoft Business Central and especially the Manufacturing module
- Basic development skills: C#/.NET, IIS, REST API.
- Collaborative team player.
