What are the steps?

Step 1: Self-registration through the Boyum Portal

Register yourself using our portal and your colleagues should do the same. You can learn more about the e-learning self-registration here.

Step 2: Purchase access to the E-learning Hub

To have access to all contents, make your purchace also using our portal. You can learn more about the purchasing process here.

Step 3: Share your user ID to start

Once you are registered and the order has been placed, please send your user ID (e-mail address) to us at sales@boyum-it.com, and you’re in. Happy learning!

As an end-user of the solutions, can I get access?

If you are an end-customer and would like to get access, please contact your partner.

I have self-registered but can’t access the hub – why?

You will have access to our complete e-learning content once the order has been placed in our portal. To do so, please follow the procedure in the article How to purchase services on Boyum Portal. Our enablement team will validate your registration and upon completing you will have access to the relevant content. 

I have registered and paid but still can’t access – why?

You receive a welcome e-mail to confirm your e-mail address and complete the registration. Please check in Spam or Junk Mail if you do not receive it in your inbox.

How do partners differentiate between access for them and for end-users?

When purchasing access to the E-learning Hub in the Boyum Portal, you can – and need to – differentiate for whom the e-learning subscription is. If it is for your own consultants as a partner, select “e-learning Annual subscription – 1 user” and if it is an end customer or external consultants, select “e-learning Annual Subscription (for customers and external consultants) – 1 user”.
