Commited to ESG, CSR and DEI
At Boyum IT we are committed to environmental sustainability as a core component of our ESG strategy. As a team, we have embarked on several impactful initiatives aiming at reducing our environmental impact. In our headquarters, we have we installed solar panels for greener energy. We are also participating company-wide in World Clean Up Day and Digital Clean Up Day. During the first Digital Clean Up, we’ve reduced our global CO2 emission by 42 kg per year.
As a diverse company, we have dedicated many years to fostering an inclusive culture that respects every employee for who they are. Our strategy is a commitment to maintaining a diverse and inclusive environment within our company. Together, we will drive progress forward. Our workforce currently comprises 65% male and 35% female employees, with the percentage of female leaders nearly doubling in the past 5 years.
We want to positively impact our communities by also joining local initiatives and by making annual donations to NGOs like the Hospital Clowns who visit children requiring medical treatment in Denmark. At the same time we are committed to providing a healthy and safe workplace for everyone who is involved in our activities. Health and safety include mental well-being, safety when working on site in any of our offices, physical working environment and accident prevention. We expect all employees to follow the practices outlined in our Business Ethics and Code of Conduct. We do not tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind.
