A New Chapter for SAP Business One Web Client Users

August 20, 2025

Powered by B1 Print & Delivery

At Boyum IT we are always looking for ways to help SAP Business One users work smarter, faster and more flexibly without disrupting the processes they rely on.

One area we know matters to many businesses is document handling in the SAP Business One Web Client. While the modern Web Client continues to expand in functionality, there are still desktop features that users want to see available in the browser.

We are excited to share that development is now underway to add PDF Preview capabilities to our B1 Print and Delivery add-on for SAP Business One. This enhancement will allow users to open, review and act on key documents such as sales quotations, sales orders and invoices directly from their browser, using the same configurations already set up in Print and Delivery.

Why this matters for our mutual customers

  • Flexibility: Choose to work in the SAP Business One Web Client or the desktop client without losing access to familiar document workflows.
  • Efficiency: Preview documents in just a few clicks, ready to print or send via email.
  • Consistency: Continue using your existing templates and formatting so your business documents always look professional.

Our commitment

We are committed to enhancing our solutions to support the SAP Business One Web Client in ways that protect existing investments while giving you more tools to strengthen your value proposition. This feature reflects our roadmap alignment with partner feedback and real-world needs, helping mutual customers take advantage of the latest SAP Business One capabilities. Development is underway, and we will share updates on timelines and rollout details as they are confirmed.
