Boyum IT may sometimes and depending on the circumstances, in order to fulfill its contractual obligations or the provision of products and services, delegate the competence to process personal data either to one of the other companies within Boyum IT, or by delegation of such competence to process personal data to a third party outside Boyum IT.

Mail: jnoe@boyum-it.com		Some of our solutions are hosted on Microsoft Azure, making Microsoft a sub-processor of the data. User email data is stored in our database, and its management is exclusively handled by Boyum IT. While Microsoft does not have direct access to this data, as a sub-processor, they may theoretically access it under specific circumstances.

Mail:tmwp@boyum-it.com		We host a software solution called Paperflow in Google Cloud. This means that we store e.g. user email addresses in a database residing in Google Cloud.
No Google employees have direct interaction with these data, and everything is managed by Boyum IT. In theory, Google can access these data (which is the case for all data for all customers of Google Cloud), but that access is governed by the general Google Cloud agreements.

MOLK@boyum-it.com		Hosting ContractThey manage our hosted Perfion SaaS solution and will for some customers have access to users’ email addresses.
This is true for customers who use the “Azure Virtual Desktop” (AVD) solution provided by Microsoft, where each user must be entered into the Microsoft Entra ID using their email address. Changes to the Entra list is always made pr. request by Boyum.
Sentia holds certificates regarding their internal processes (ISAE3000, ISAE3402, ISO27001), as well as best-practice certifications from Microsoft, Google and AWS. All can be found on https://sentia.com/company/about-us/.
The legal basis of interaction with Sentia is governed by the hosting contract and appendices (can be shown on request). For further details about cooperation, see the RACI matrix in Appendix A of the contract.
