We’re expanding our team in the ANZ region as part of our continued business growth and strategic focus on strengthening our partner ecosystem. We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for building strong partnerships and driving scalable growth through indirect sales channels.

About the role

As a Channel Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving Boyum IT’s growth across Australia and New Zealand by building, enabling, and scaling our partner ecosystem. You’ll work closely with resellers, VARs, and implementation partners, helping them grow their business while expanding ours. This is a strategic, relationship-driven role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international, and high-impact environment.

Location

This is a remote role based in the Philippines, supporting the ANZ (Australia & New Zealand) region. You should be comfortable working across time zones and traveling within the ANZ region as required.

You will be responsible

Partner Success & Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing partners in ANZ.
  • Act as the main point of contact, supporting them with tools, insights, and guidance to drive mutual success.

Partner Acquisition & Development

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to grow Boyum IT’s market presence and customer base.
  • Lead business planning sessions and joint go-to-market strategies with key partners.

Sales Execution & Growth

  • Drive and manage sales activities through the partner network to meet and exceed regional revenue targets.
  • Support partners throughout the sales cycle, from first engagement to closing deals, across Boyum’s portfolio of solutions (including our cloud products).
  • Maintain a strong and healthy pipeline; design and execute demand generation activities together with marketing.

Collaboration & Enablement

  • Work closely with the marketing team on co-marketing programs, joint campaigns, and partner events that drive engagement and new opportunities.
  • Coordinate training and enablement sessions to strengthen partner capabilities in product knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing execution.

Performance Management

  • Conduct regular partner business reviews and track performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and growth.
  • Represent Boyum IT at industry events, summits, and partner conferences.

What we expect you to bring

  • Proven experience in channel/partner sales within a software or SaaS environment (preferably SMB-focused)
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Understanding of business processes, ideally within manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills (C-level to operational)
  • A confident and proactive approach, with the ability to lead partner conversations, influence decision-making, and drive commercial outcomes
  • Ability to work independently and within a multicultural, distributed team
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English (additional regional language skills are a plus)
  • Willingness to travel within the ANZ region
  • Previous presales experience is an advantage
