Our Recruitment Process

1. Search and Apply

If you find a role that matches your skills, experience, and interests, apply via our Career page or our LinkedIn. To strengthen your application, highlight how your qualifications align with the job description

2. Application Review

Our recruitment team carefully reviews each application. Qualified candidates are shared with the hiring manager for further consideration. You’ll receive a confirmation email and information about the expected timeline.

3. Introductory Call with HR

Your first conversation will be with our HR Team or a hiring manager. This call is all about getting to know each other and ensuring a mutual fit. You’ll learn more about Boyum IT, the role, and the team—while we get to understand your experience, motivations, and career goals.

4. Meet Your Future Manager

Next, you’ll have a conversation with the hiring manager. This is your chance to dive deeper into the role, expectations, and how your experience can  add value to the team.

5. Show Us Your Skills

For some positions, you may be asked to complete an assignment, take part of a technical interview or both. This helps us understand your approach to real-life challenges.

6. Discuss the Results

In a follow-up conversation, you’ll have the chance to walk through your test or assignment with us. We’ll discuss your thought process, highlight your strengths, and answer any remaining questions. Depending on the role, this step may also include a final interview or team introduction.

7. Offer & Onboarding Preparation

Once a decision is made, we will reach out with feedback and—if successful—present you with an offer and employment contract. Key terms and conditions are usually discussed earlier in the process to ensure alignment.
