From what we do to why it matters, communicating your “so what” in a way that translates into measurable value for your future customers

Speaker: Carol Benton

See long description
Translating technical capability into clear and compelling business value remains one of the biggest challenges in building a successful partner business, as conversations often stay focused on features while the real impact for the customer is left unclear. In this special workshop, Carol Benton brings a practical and highly relevant approach to closing that gap. Drawing on decades of experience in the technology sector and her Connect, Convince, Convert methodology, she will guide partners in shifting from describing what they do to clearly articulating why it matters in a way that resonates commercially. Through interactive elements and structured exercises, attendees will work with practical frameworks that can be applied immediately to strengthen customer conversations, presentations, and messaging, ensuring that value is communicated with clarity and confidence.

Where Production chaos meets structured Scheduling, how Just Plan It keeps operations moving

Speaker: Manuel Büdenbender

See long description
Production rarely runs to plan. Delays, constraints, and constant changes put pressure on scheduling and disrupt the flow across the shop floor. This session explores how Just Plan It brings structure into that environment, acting as the scheduling layer that keeps production aligned and in motion. We will show how it provides real time visibility, enables rapid adjustments, and maintains control as conditions shift throughout the day. As the scheduling solution of choice across all ecosystems, Just Plan It works seamlessly with Beas, standard SAP Business One, and ERP independent environments. We will showcase these integrations in action, introduce the open API that allows systems to connect and coordinate, and share what is planned with AI to further strengthen scheduling under real world production pressure.

From Bad Data to Real Demand: Making PIM a competitive advantage in the AI driven market

Speaker: Antonia Lynggaard

See long description
Insights from the B2B eCommerce Association highlight a hard truth that many projects overlook. PIM challenges are not the same across manufacturers and distributors, and most failures do not come from the technology itself, but from the quality and structure of the product data behind it. When the data is fragmented, inconsistent, or incomplete, even the best PIM solution will struggle to deliver value. This session takes that reality and turns it into an opportunity. We explore how partners can position Perfion not just as a system, but as part of a broader product data strategy that customers increasingly need help defining. The focus shifts from implementation to ownership of the problem, guiding customers through how to structure, govern, and scale their product information in a way that supports real business outcomes.

From Workshop to Factory floor: A Perfion success story

Speaker: Eyson

See long description
The most valuable insights often come from real world projects. In this session we step onto the factory floor with a partner to explore how Perfion was introduced to solve a real customer challenge. We answer what challenges the customer was facing, how the partner approached the opportunity, and what value Perfion ultimately delivered. Through a real case we will walk through the journey from challenge to solution and the results achieved once product information was brought under control.

Smart Manufacturing boost: AI & B1UP in action

Speaker: Manuel Büdenbender

See long description
True manufacturing excellence is built when systems are shaped around the realities of production, not constrained by standard functionality. In this session, we explore how Beas Manufacturing can be extended with B1 Usability Package (B1UP) to create tailored solutions that respond to complexity on the ground. We will look at how AI strengthens both execution and process design, helping teams structure workflows more effectively, remove inefficiencies, and make better decisions earlier. The result is faster implementation, greater operational control, and the ability to adapt without disrupting production. Through real world use cases, this session shows how manufacturers can raise performance, improve consistency, and build more resilient operations without adding unnecessary complexity.

AI is changing how customers choose ERP Partners. Are you where you need to be?

Speaker: Antonia Lynggaard

See long description
Large Language Models are fundamentally changing how customers research, evaluate, and ultimately choose their preferred solutions providers. The traditional journey built on relationships, referrals, and surface level messaging is being replaced by AI driven discovery, where credibility, clarity, and digital presence are constantly assessed and compared. In this session, we explore what this shift means in practical terms. How prospects are using AI to shortlist partners, what signals influence those decisions, and where many partners are currently falling short without realizing it. We will look at how your expertise is being interpreted by AI, how your content and positioning are shaping visibility, and what you can do to ensure you are not only found, but chosen. The focus is simple: are you showing up in the right way, in the right places, with the right message, for a buyer who is no longer thinking the way they used to?

Beas unleashed: AI-Driven problem solving

Speaker: Jesus Medina

See long description
Resolving production issues and delivering manufacturing projects at pace requires more than technical expertise. It demands clarity, structure, and the ability to act decisively under pressure. In this session, we explore how AI strengthens Beas Manufacturing across both troubleshooting and production line reorganization. From accelerating root cause analysis on the shop floor to supporting the structuring of requirements, solution design, and validation, AI helps teams cut through complexity and move with greater confidence. It enables faster resolution, sharper decision making, and more controlled execution. Through practical examples, this session demonstrates how to streamline delivery, reduce friction, and consistently achieve stronger manufacturing outcomes.

Empowering the SAP Business One Web Client with B1 Usability Package

Speaker: Julian Sondermann

See long description
The shift to the SAP Business One Web Client is changing how users interact with ERP, bringing a more flexible, accessible experience that aligns with modern ways of working. But while the Web Client continues to evolve, many partners and customers are still asking how to extend it to match the usability, efficiency, and control they rely on today with B1UP on the desktop. This session explores the B1 Usability Package’s new features designed to enhance the Web Client experience, enabling partners to deliver more tailored, streamlined, and user friendly workflows directly in the browser. The focus is on how to bring structure, automation, and personalization to accelerate adoption of the Web Client.

The Demo That Wins: Turning Product Data into Deals

Speaker: Jesper Gjedde

See long description
In a market where customers are doing more research before they ever speak to a partner, the demo has become the moment that either builds confidence or loses it. This session focuses on how to demonstrate Perfion in a way that feels relevant, commercial, and grounded in real business outcomes rather than features. We walk through how to structure a demo that reflects how customers actually experience product data challenges, from scattered information and inconsistent content to the pressure of managing multiple channels and growing compliance demands. Instead of showing everything, the focus is on showing what matters, using a clear storyline that connects product data to speed, accuracy, and control.

Engineering our next growth – Protecting and expanding what we already have

Speaker: Anders Andersen

See long description
Growth doesn’t only come from new sales. A significant part of future revenue already sits within the existing customer base, though the challenge is that this revenue is often either at risk or not fully captured. In this session, we’ll explore where revenue is being lost across the customer journey – from missed upgrades and low adoption to unclear value realization. Based on early learnings from Boyum’s Customer Success Unit and our work with partners, we’ll highlight where visibility, alignment, and execution break down, and how this impacts both retention and expansion. With an “engineering excellence” mindset, we’ll explore how stronger coordination between partners and Boyum can turn these gaps into a more predictable model for revenue protection and growth. The goal is simple: to create a shared understanding of where revenue is at risk, where it can be expanded, and how we, together, can measure and act on it more consistently.
