About the role
We’re looking for a Finance Assistant to join our Finance team in Aarhus. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day financial operations while gaining hands-on experience in accounting.
This role is a great opportunity to build practical experience, develop your skills, and become a valued part of a supportive finance team.
Location: Aarhus
Working hours: 28-32 hours per week
You will be responsible
- Support daily accounting tasks, including data entry and bookkeeping
- Assist with incoming invoices, expense handling, and financial documentation
- Take part in month-end and year-end closing activities
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes
- Work closely with team members and communicate with internal stakeholders
- Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks
What we expect you to bring
- Experience in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A collaborative team player
- Fluent in Danish, with good communication skills in English
