IMPORTANT NEWS FROM THE LOGISTICS TEAM : Zero known issues on Produmex WMS and Produmex Scan
In Boyum, we take our products' quality seriously and want to provide a quick response to our partners and customers when an issue occurs in our software.
Unfortunately, in the past months, our response time to issues and general support for both Produmex WMS and Produmex Scan was below the level we aim to provide. This was majorly due to a large backlog on the Logistics teams. These delays have caused difficulties to our partners and customers, and it is not a situation that we at Boyum accept. As such, during this quarter, the logistics team put 100% focus on clearing our all know issues from both Produmex WMS and Produmex Scan.
We are very happy to announce that we have now zero known issues on both products.
With this tremendous effort, we reached a milestone in our logistics products. This state will allow our development team two things, first a quicker response to any new issues raised, and second, to focus on software improvements and better solutions.
