Perfion, part of the Boyum IT group, is searching for a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our development team in Aalborg. We are building a top-class Product Information Management (PIM) solution for our 300+ customers. As our new Senior Software Engineer, you will help us continue to innovate and grow.

The Perfion PIM solution manages complex product data for companies in many different industries. The DNA of the product is to remain flexible and configurable for all purposes, and our current focus is on providing user friendly web interfaces tailored to different purposes.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer, to take the lead in architecting, building, and optimizing both our existing and new software products. With your proven experience and expertise, you’ll help drive innovation, continuously experimenting with new technologies to keep our solutions and business ahead of the curve.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will:
- Be responsible for developing and optimizing user-facing web applications.
- Perform key activities across the software development life cycle both independently and in close collaboration with the team.
- Work closely with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to implement complex, responsive, and high-performing web applications.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, and stay up to date with the latest industry trends to enhance user experience.
- Implementing UI/UX designs, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, and writing clean, maintainable code using modern front-end technologies.
- Take a leadership/mentorship role in the development team.

You can recognize yourself in most of these characteristics:
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field.
- 5+ years of experience in frontend development, primarily with Angular.
- General knowledge of software architecture, testing tools and DevOps principles.
- A positive, team-oriented and pragmatic approach to challenges of any scale, and that you are driven by seeing the results we create together!
- Experience in working within a design framework.
- Familiarity with the Azure ecosystem and Figma is a plus.
- Strong English skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong team player.
