Join our team as Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We seek two motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join our global marketing team to help us find and screen potential customers who can benefit from our solutions. One position will be based in Australia and the other in Miami, USA.

The Sales Development Representative will work closely with the Head of Market Growth to generate and qualify leads, nurture relationships with potential clients, and support the overall marketing and sales strategy.

As the first line of communication with prospects, the ideal SDR has a strong understanding of the sales process, excels at researching potential suspects, starting new relationships, communicating the value of our products, and driving growth through proactive outreach.

About the role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, email campaigns, social media, and other digital strategies.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and update a pipeline of leads using CRM software, track progress, and follow up consistently to move leads through the sales funnel.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns and support lead nurturing strategies, providing feedback on lead quality and outreach effectiveness.
  • Collaboration with Sales: Set up meetings between the prospective customer and the respective Channel Sales Manager, ensure all appointments are met, and track feedback on lead quality.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products/services, effectively communicate key features and benefits to prospects, and address any questions or concerns.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, including pipeline status, conversion rates, and feedback on lead quality, directly to the CMO.

What are your qualifications?

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or telemarketing, preferably within a B2B marketing or sales environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects over email.
  • Sales Skills: Strong understanding of sales principles and a proven ability to close deals or generate qualified leads.
  • CRM Experience: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) for lead tracking, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Self-starter with a positive attitude, keen to exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall success.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in SaaS, digital marketing, or tech-related industries.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and lead nurturing techniques.
  • Knowledge of social media and digital strategies.
