We are very proud to announce that Boyum IT has been certified as a Healthy Place to Work organization for the third year in a row. With a record-high response rate of 93%, this achievement reflects the strong, healthy organizational environment we have cultivated, where our employees feel valued, engaged, and motivated to contribute to continuous improvement.
One of the highlights from this year’s survey is that our team members feel empowered to plan their workdays and take breaks as needed — highlighting the commitment to fostering autonomy and well-being.
Additionally, 91% of our employees report that they can count on their colleagues for support, underscoring the strong sense of teamwork that defines our culture. Furthermore, 90% feel that our workplace is free from personal harassment, showing that our efforts to create a respectful and professional environment are truly making an impact.
For many years, we have worked to establish and nurture our Energy for LIFE culture across our locations, promoting the core values of Family, Social, Fit, and Excellence. Staying true to these values and making them meaningful in our everyday work has been key to our health, happiness and success. It’s what makes us a stronger and more sustainable company.
Part of our success comes from being a global, diverse company in which people learn from, and respect, each other’s differences when it comes to nationality, gender, religion, sexual orientation, age, marital status or disabilities.
The social pillar of our values is also about making sure we stay an inclusive culture, maintaining a diverse environment and progressing together. Our workforce currently comprises 65% male and 35% female employees, with the percentage of female leaders nearly doubling in the past 5 years.
While we have much to celebrate, we also recognize that there’s always room for improvement. For example, 56% of our team participates in programs that enable them to live a healthier life, and an equal percentage feel that changes in our organization are well implemented. We see these as opportunities to do even better, and we are committed to making meaningful improvements in these areas. We will be working on developing action plans to continue enhancing our workplace.
Our goal remains to ensure that our organization is a healthy, supportive environment for everyone.
