About You
We are currently looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC Specialist who will train, test, implement and support customizations in Dynamics 365 BC. A strong team player who will be the working closely with the development team, channel sales managers, and partners.
We are looking for a professional who contributes positively to the team dynamic and has a lean and agile mindset, with a good understanding of manufacturing / logistics business world.
You will work from our headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark, or any of our offices in Copenhagen, Frankfurt, or Madrid.
Responsibilities
• Train other Boyum IT colleagues on all areas of Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC, with particular focus on:
o Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC ERP Fundamentals
o Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC Supply Chain Management
o Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC Manufacturing & Operations
• Collaborate with development, and provide expertise on business processes required for new development of Boyum IT products integrated to Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Work closely with Channel Sales Managers in a Consultative Solution Advisory role (pre-sales) for partners on Boyum IT products related to Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Assist implementation consultants and act as a liaison providing advice on implementation projects of Boyum IT products integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Act as a Boyum IT competence center for analyzing and resolving functional issues by identifying problems, researching answers, and providing advice and assistance accordingly.
• Educate Boyum IT clients and explain features and functionality of the Boyum IT software applications, as well as provide business process advice
• Provide continuous product expertise by sharing product knowledge through, various forms of education, such as training, and product/process documentation, leveraging personal knowledge and experience as well as the documentation made available by Microsoft directly
• Develop and execute test cases for software modifications
• Manage client relations by providing business and systems expertise
Qualifications
• Must possess the following Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification:
o MB-800T00: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant
• Alternatively, the following certifications will be considered a high advantage (in order of preference):
o MB-320T00: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing
o MB-330T00: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management – Functional Consultant
• 3 Years or more experience in the implementation of Dynamics NAV / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Proven “Hands on” work experience gained in the manufacturing / logistics business world
• Experience in installing / deploying Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC on premise and on cloud
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform – extreme advantage
• Excellent understanding of ERP systems
• Experience in MS-SQL- extreme advantage
• Experience with creating training manuals, technical articles, and tutorials
• Experience in delivering application training and proven track record of being able to “teach the teacher”
• Experience in networks and IT infrastructure in general
• Experience on query-based reporting and dashboards
An advantage but not a requirement
• Experience in delivering application training and industry-related technical presentations at seminars, workshops, conferences, user groups, both onsite and remotely
