OUR HIRING PROCESS

As a candidate you will have more success when your experience matches our job requirements, so make sure the skills and achievements on your resume are aligned to the job description. A recruitment process might vary depending on the country and the type of job you are applying for.
 

1. Search and apply
   As you go through over open positions, please take note of the required qualifications. Then, submit your application online. Either through our Career page in LinkedIn or on email at hr@remove-this.boyum-it.com
    
2. Review
   We will review all resumes and forward qualified applicants to the hiring manager for interview consideration. We will confirm by e-mail that we have received your application and give you a timline for the recruitement process.
   
   In some cases, we ask you to do a (coding) test to confirm eligibility.
   
   Once a suitable number of candadates are identified, we will contact you for an interview. - Either physically or online interview. This process generally takes 3-4 weeks.

3. Interview and selection
   Your initial meeting with us will often be via phone and the second interview with the hiring manager on site.
   
   One of the last steps of the recruitment process will be to obtain references from former employers. However, we do not contact references before obtaining your consent. 
   
   After our hiring manager complete the interview process you will be contacted by either the manager or recruiter who will present the job contract as well as terms and conditions to you. Most often we will have touched upon the terms earlier in the process so you are aware, and we can hopefully finalise the details easily. Hereafter the contract will be sent to you as soon as possible.

New resumes will always be reviewed by our recruiters and forwarded to the hiring manager for evaluation.

If there is no vacancy matching your qualifications, we will offer you to keep your resume in our database for 6 months.  However, as personal data is subject to GDPR and we are obliged to erase it once the purpose of its processing has been fulfilled, we require your consent to do this.
